These Terms of Service govern your use of our website HolyRogue.com ("Website," "Marketplace") and any related services, products, and content provided by Holy Rogue Network, a product built and operated by RoundGoods Consulting Group, LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Website.
Holy Sourdough is an artisan bread marketplace that connects local sourdough bakers ("Bread Angels") with bread lovers ("Breadseekers") in their communities.
1. Use of Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website as a seller, or have parental consent if you are younger. Buyers under 18 must have parental supervision. All usage must be lawful and compliant with these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Website features at any time without advance notification.
2. Marketplace Services
Holy Sourdough provides a platform for local artisan bakers to sell their products directly to consumers. We are a marketplace facilitator and are not the seller of the products listed. Each Bread Angel operates as an independent seller and is responsible for:
- The quality and safety of their baked goods
- Compliance with local cottage food laws and regulations
- Accurate product descriptions and allergen information
- Fulfillment of orders in a timely manner
- Customer service for their products
3. Bread Angel (Seller) Responsibilities
Bread Angels who list products on Holy Sourdough agree to:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Maintain proper cottage food or commercial food licenses as required
- Provide accurate ingredient lists and allergen warnings
- Only sell products approved under their local cottage food laws
- Handle customer complaints and refunds in good faith
- Maintain food safety standards and proper food handling practices
4. Breadseeker (Buyer) Responsibilities
Breadseekers who purchase products on Holy Sourdough acknowledge that:
- Products are made in home kitchens (cottage food) unless otherwise noted
- They are responsible for communicating any food allergies to the baker
- Pickup times and locations must be honored as arranged
- Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise arranged with the baker
5. Intellectual Property
All Website materials—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and downloads—belong to Holy Sourdough and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or sell any content without our explicit written approval.
6. User Accounts
Account holders must keep login credentials confidential. Users are expected to maintain respectful interactions with other members. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of community standards.
7. Bread-A-Tester Program
The Bread-A-Tester program allows supporters to test bread from bakers participating in the 30-Day Sourdough Challenge. Bread-A-Testers receive discounted pricing and special badges in exchange for providing feedback. This program is invitation-only and benefits are at the discretion of each Bread Angel.
8. Payments & Fees
Holy Sourdough facilitates payments between Breadseekers and Bread Angels. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors. Marketplace fees may apply to transactions and will be clearly disclosed to sellers. Refund policies are set by individual Bread Angels, though we encourage fair resolution of disputes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Holy Sourdough is a marketplace platform and does not manufacture, prepare, or sell food products directly. Your purchase and consumption of products from Bread Angels is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or other health issues
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed
- We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers
- No liability exists for indirect or consequential damages from Website usage
10. External Links & Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for linked third-party sites or their policies. Payment processing occurs through secure third-party handlers that maintain their own privacy policies.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Bread Angels may have their marketplace privileges revoked for repeated complaints, food safety violations, or fraudulent behavior. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Website after modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
12A. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number when you book a stay, place an order, or connect your number in your dashboard, you agree to receive text messages from Holy Rogue Network and the host or vendor you are dealing with (for example Liberty Farms). Messages are transactional and customer-care in nature: booking and arrival information, order and tab updates, and host notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on your stay or order activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (801) 615-1410.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We will not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
