Hand-smitten Utah sandstone, worked the old way — hammer, chisel, and honest sweat. Every piece in this shop began as undressed stone nobody wanted, reclaimed from the yard and dressed by hand into benches, tables, fire rings, and building brick. Founded by Kimball Roundy, who learned the craft at Quality Building Stone in Wellington, Utah, moving two tons of mountain a day with a broken back — and found the hidden treasure on the other side of the work.
